OSP is also proud to have the one=two community giving program where two percent of the annual fee billings are donated to nonprofits and charities chosen by the employees. To date, OSP has supported more than 100 donation targets totaling hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Leadership
Our President, Clint Roberts, founded One Simple Plan in his home’s attic in 2007 with a dream to forge an agency that executes and performs with simplicity and smarts in mind. It started with one shoddy desk. One squeaky chair. One Razr flip phone. And One Simple Plan.
In addition to leading OSP, Clint sits on boards with Minnesota Sports & Events, the Minnesota Zoo, Metro Independent Business Alliance, and the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce. Apart from his activity in local organizations, Clint was also named a top 40 Under 40 business leader by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal in 2012, has testified in Washington, D.C. in front of the Ways and Means Committee, has spoken nationally at large events, conferences, and major business schools, and continues to support the community in a variety of ways.
